Paul is an assistant professor at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. He teaches clinical nutrition to chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage therapy students. He teaches a variety of public classes on topics such as Paleo nutrition, adrenal fatigue, detoxification, weight loss, diabetes, carbohydrate restriction, gluten intolerance, and the sugar epidemic. Paul is married and has 3 boys ages 19, 18, and 5 who take cod liver oil without complaining. He is an active member of the MN Association of Naturopathic Physicians. He participates in a local functional medicine study group for health care professionals. His personal interests include acting, fishing, ballroom dancing, and eating less than 15 pounds of sugar a year.
